This class is designed for Middle School and High School cheerleaders who are ready to level up their tumbling! We'll train on both dead mat and spring surfaces to build strength, consistency, and confidence.
The focus is to help athletes prepare for High School Competition and College Cheer.

Dance Acro-Tumbling (25-26)

This class blends acrobatics with dance for the perfect combo of strength, flexibility, and flow! 💫 Dancers will learn tumbling skills that enhance their performance on stage—like aerials, walkovers, handstands, and more—all while building control and body awareness.
Perfect for dancers looking to add wow-factor to their routines!

💥1st - 4th Grade Tumbling💥
Cost: $110/month
Registration Fee: $35
This class is perfect for beginner-level tumblers who are ready to build their skills! 🤸♂️ We'll focus on foundational techniques and work toward mastering Back Handsprings and other basic tumbling moves.
📅 Note: This is the only class available for 1st through 4th Grade, so unfortunately, make-up classes are not available for missed sessions.
Bryan Moss is an experienced educator and gymnastics coach with over two decades of dedication to the sport. He has been a valued member of the Rockwall Independent School District (RISD) since 2009, where he currently serves as the assistant coach for the Lady Hawks Gymnastics team and assists with the RHHS Cheerleading program.
Bryan's passion for gymnastics began at a young age, growing up in the sport while his parents owned a gymnastics facility in Bossier City, Louisiana. With a coaching career that began in 2003, he has had the opportunity to work with athletes across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, mentoring and guiding students at all levels.
