Heath Athletic Club is dedicated to the development of athletes to compete at the highest level. We have the unique opportunity to train at Rockwall-Heath High School. We work directly with RHHS coaches to ensure they are prepared to compete at the high school level and beyond. 

2024 - 2025 Tumbling 

Spots are limited. Classes are broken up by skill level. Middle School / High School, 5th - 8th, and Kindergarten - 3rd. Specific requirements are listed in the class descriptions. With Rockwall ISD starting and finishing school at different times for the 2024 - 2025 school year, the schedule has been adjusted from the previous years. 


High School SUmmer Tumbling Camps

High School Summer Tumbling Camps $75 

Summer Tumbling Camps offer a great opportunity for athletes to keep growing their skills over the summer. They are on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays from 8:45-10:15. 

We will work on a mixture of dead mat and spring floor. Our focus will be on tumbling, but we will also work on jumps, stretching, and conditioning. 

3rd - Middle School SUmmer Tumbling Camps

3rd - Middle School Summer Tumbling Camps $100 

Summer Tumbling Camps offer a great opportunity for athletes to keep growing their skills over the summer. They are on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays from 10:30-12:30

Athletes will be separated into groups depending on skill level. We would like all the athletes to already have their back handspring but it is NOT a requirement. 

Heath Athletic Club Coaches

Bryan Moss

Bryan Moss is a RISD teacher and Gymnastics Coach. He has worked in RISD since 2009. He has coached gymnastics at all levels since 2003. Bryan grew up in gymnastics, his parents own a gymnastics facility in Bossier City, Louisiana. He has been fortunate  to work with athletes from Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. 

He currently is the assistant coach for the Lady Hawks Gymnastic team and helps with the RHHS Cheerleaders.  

Kaley Stewart

Kaley Stewart is an RISD teacher and cheer coach.

She is an RHHS cheer alumni. (2014) During her career at Heath, she was a four time All-American and her senior year she was named the Top All-American. 

After graduating from Heath she continued her athletic career, attended Stephen F. Austin State University. She was a part of the SFA Spirit Teams. Kaley as captain helped her dance team win three national champions. She has a history of coaching tumbling, jumps and stunts to youth cheerleaders. She is an amazing addition to the RHHS and Heath Athletic Club coaching team. 

Heath Athletic Club 

We are located inside Rockwall-Heath High School indoor facility. We have access to the RHHS Gymnastics gym and indoor facility. Both of the facilities ensure that each athlete is prepared to train on spring or dead mat.
