This Camp is designed for High School cheerleaders who are ready to level up their tumbling! We'll train on both dead mat and spring surfaces to build strength, consistency, and confidence.

This class is perfect for beginner-level tumblers who are ready to build their skills! 🤸♂️ We'll focus on foundational techniques and work toward mastering Back Handsprings and other basic tumbling moves.
Our Acro Dance classes combine dance, acro, and tumbling in a fun and positive environment for all ages and skill levels. Classes are divided into Tiny, Mini, Youth, and Seniors, with athletes working on flexibility, coordination, strength, balance, dance technique, acro skills, and tumbling progression while building confidence and having fun.
Bryan Moss is an experienced educator and gymnastics coach with over two decades of dedication to the sport. He has been a valued member of the Rockwall Independent School District (RISD) since 2009, where he currently serves as the assistant coach for the Lady Hawks Gymnastics team and assists with the RHHS Cheerleading program.
Bryan's passion for gymnastics began at a young age, growing up in the sport while his parents owned a gymnastics facility in Bossier City, Louisiana. With a coaching career that began in 2003, he has had the opportunity to work with athletes across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana, mentoring and guiding students at all levels.
